Esseko manages your returns. That starts when we ship your orders, because (if you wish) we can add a letter detailing the customer’s right of withdrawal. Naturally, we do so using your corporate style, text and information.
If a client returns their order, we accept the shipment, register the incoming products and inspect them. Next, we process these returns in a manner agreed upon with you and/or your supplier.
We can, for example, return the products to the supplier, repair them (or have them repaired), recycle them or offer them to market places and auctions for reuse.
